Vericut

  • Website

The website migration too complex for most agencies to take on.

overview

13 independent websites, consolidated into one platform every region can run.

Vericut's 13 territories had been running independent websites for years, each on its own domain, managed separately. We migrated all of them into a single HubSpot CMS Enterprise platform, around 70 pages, so every regional marketing team could manage their own site in their own language while staying on one consistent, centrally-built platform. That included building Vericut's first-ever site for China, which meant working around Google's block there, down to swapping out reCAPTCHA for something that actually works locally. The rebrand's new logo, colour, and typography went into the design system at the same time, so consistency wasn't an afterthought, it was built into the migration itself.

how we work

The scale framework.

The five things every high-performing website gets right. Five connected elements that earn the enquiry that doesn't need convincing.

We rebuilt the homepage and key landing pages around the new brand line, "Forgo Frustration". This is what Vericut does, who it's for, and why it matters to a plant manager evaluating CNC simulation software, before any product depth.

Vericut's brand had been applied inconsistently across different territories, with regional teams adapting logos, colour, and messaging independently over time.

The new logo, colour palette, and typographic styles from the rebrand were built directly into the HubSpot design system and rolled out into scalable components, bringing every region onto one consistent signal for the first time.

Navigation and page flow were restructured around buyer intent rather than internal product structure, leading with outcomes (reduced errors, protected production lines, faster time-to-confidence) rather than a menu of software modules and product screenshots.

Dead ends were removed from key conversion paths, with calls-to-action applied to guide visitors toward their next step.

The rebrand's core insight, that Vericut's people are as trusted as its software, became a website priority. We moved photography and storytelling that showcase the in-house expert team to the front of the journey, instead of screenshots doing all the talking.

Testimonials, resources, and support pages reinforce that trust further, giving buyers confidence that similar companies have invested in Vericut and that support is there after purchase.

Pages were sequenced so a buyer meets Vericut's credibility and human expertise first, sees how the software works second, and reaches a clear next step last, whether that's an enquiry t help with support.

Matching how a considered manufacturing purchase actually gets evaluated, rather than focusing on the software or product alone, is what tips a lead into a conversion.

Vericut operates across globally across multiple territories, and the previous web presence reflected that fragmentation: separate pages, inconsistent brand and keyword application, and SEO equity split across disconnected marketing teams.

Duplicated regional content and split domains dilute authority in search engines' eyes. Instead of one strong signal to rank and recommend, search and AI tools were reading multiple, inconsistent versions of the same company, weakening Vericut's visibility in exactly the markets it needed to be found in.

We consolidated this into a single HubSpot platform with a structured multi-language rollout, bringing every territory in house and under one brand and domain. Migration was planned market by market to protect existing rankings, so visibility carried forward cleanly into the new structure rather than resetting at launch.

“All deliverables have met/exceeded our expectations, and everyone exudes a positive energy and is enthusiastic about their work and contributions to our projects.”
