Betta Webs designed and built Techspert's website on HubSpot CMS, where it was already hosted. Techspert is an expert network for life sciences, serving research teams in pharma, biotech, medtech and consultancy. The new site leads with its search-based matching model, runs separate journeys for research buyers and for the experts themselves, and is structured so an answer engine can lift a straight answer out of it.

Techspert had repositioned. Rather than selling access to a pre-vetted list, it now positions itself on searching for an expert against the specific question, which is how it reaches people the incumbents haven't signed up. For a researcher chasing something narrow, a rare indication, a discontinued device, a regional reimbursement quirk, that is the entire value. The old site was still selling the old story.
