Space Manager
overview
Betta Webs rebuilt Space Manager, the self storage management platform formerly called RADical Systems, on HubSpot CMS in six languages. The rebrand, the move off radicalsys.com and 105 rebuilt pages went live together in May 2026. All six markets came through, and all were producing form submissions within four months.
how we work
Signal: the old name told operators nothing. "RADical Systems" tells a self storage operator nothing about what they'd be buying. "Space Manager" tells them in two words.
The site had the same problem at page level. It was years out of date, and an operator arriving from a search for storage management software had to work out whether this was even the right category of product.
So the rebrand and the rebuild shipped as one project. Betta Webs put the new name, logo, colour and typography into the design system while it was being built, and it had to hold across all six languages at once.
Most traffic on this site is existing operators getting help, and that route now runs in their own language.
In the four months after launch the site took 1,133 support tickets across English, Spanish, French, Polish and German. Each language has its own form, so a ticket arrives already in the language it needs answering in.
Operators want to know the software connects to what they already use. The integrations page documents the live integrations, including GoCardless, Signable and Stripe.
They also want to know somebody is still building it. Space Manager publishes release notes and integration announcements as they ship, and keeps pricing on the site rather than behind a form. Those are their editorial calls. What the rebuild did was give that content somewhere to live in all six languages.
Six languages isn't a translation exercise, it's six parallel journeys, and every one of them had to survive a domain change.
Betta Webs rebuilt 105 pages across English, French, Spanish, Polish, German and Simplified Chinese. We gave each one its own support route, contact form, demo booking and pricing page, so an operator can complete an action without leaving their own language. Vericut's thirteen-language migration used the same approach at a larger scale.
Every language kept its own indexable set through the move, so each market can rank on its own terms.
Organic search held above 500 sessions in every full month after launch. Three full months, no launch spike and no collapse.
